KNABBERLEIN Refreshment service

The refreshment for your KNABBERLEIN, for more sustainability. Your KNABBERLEIN is chewed off, but the piece of wood is still usable? Then let us refresh it for you.

Choose your target stocking that you want to have after the refurbishment and order as usual. Then send your used KNABBERLEIN to us. After we have processed your KNABBERLEIN, it will be returned to you refreshed! This does not apply to KNABBERLEIN Mini. If you also need new jute ropes, don’t forget to order them as well.

Scope of delivery: Refreshing service for your KNABBERLEIN depending on the chosen variant in our production facility

Example: You choose the refresher “Blossom mix with apple treats” and send us a KNABBERLEIN Blossom mix. You will receive a refreshed KNABBERLEIN with blossom mix and apple treats. If you send a KNABBERLEIN with a lick (holes), but only choose a flower mix refresh, you will receive your KNABBERLEIN with a fresh flower mix, but without a lick.

Note: You can send in all varieties of our KNABBERLEIN (except the KNABBERLEIN Mini) and you will get back the chosen refresher. If your nibble does not come from us, you can of course get a sugar-free refresher from us. In this case, we cannot guarantee the quality of the wood and are not responsible for any residues and their quality.
